I am so grateful for the expertise and professionalism that Mrs. Ronda exhibited throughout my home buying process. Buying a home in today’s market is very challenging, especially if you’re a single buyer such as myself. It seemed as if every offer we made, my offer would be declined due to an investor’s fully cash offer. After losing out on about 5-6 offers, I even contemplated pausing the process and telling Mrs. Ronda that I wanted to hold off until next year. Mrs. Ronda listened to my concerns and reassured me that the house FOR me, was still out there waiting FOR me.
